1. Introduction

App4life ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Thai Lotto mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The following stays exclusively on your device (via local app storage) and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Saved numbers: Ticket numbers you choose to save, with an optional label and quantity
• Check history: The last 100 numbers you checked and their results
• Preferences: Language, theme, and text-size settings
• Recently checked numbers: A short list powering quick-entry chips

3. Information Sent to Our Server

The App calls our API to fetch draw results and check a ticket number. We do not require or collect any account, name, email, or device identifier to do this. Two things are logged server-side, both anonymous:

• Ticket checks: The number checked, which draw it was checked against, and whether it won — with no link to you or your device. This powers an aggregate "most-checked numbers" statistic shown in the App.
• Standard server logs: Our hosting provider's web server may log IP address and request metadata for security and abuse prevention, in line with standard hosting practice.

4. Camera Permission

The App requests camera access solely to scan a physical lottery ticket's barcode. The camera feed is processed on-device to read the barcode; no image or video is stored, saved, or transmitted anywhere.

5. Data We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Contacts or photos
• Advertising identifiers — the App shows no ads
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking — the App uses no analytics SDK

6. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or social SDKs. Draw data is sourced from the Government Lottery Office's public open-data API (published under a Creative Commons Non-Commercial licence); we do not send it any information about you.

7. Data Security

Data stored on your device is protected by your device's own security (screen lock, encryption). Our server communicates over HTTPS. Since we hold no account data, there is nothing tied to your identity for us to secure beyond the anonymous check log described above.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

• All saved numbers, check history, and preferences remain on your device until you clear them in the App or uninstall it
• Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data
• We retain no per-user data server-side to delete, since none is collected

9. Children's Privacy

Thai Lotto is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children. The App does not sell tickets or facilitate gambling — it is an information/reference tool.

10. Your Rights

• Access: All your saved data is visible directly in the App
• Delete: Remove individual saved numbers/history entries in-app, or delete all local data by uninstalling
• Control: Nothing is uploaded without your action (saving a number, running a check)

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

12. Children's and International Users

Since the App holds no personal or account data, international data-transfer regulations and regional privacy statutes (CCPA, GDPR) have minimal application — there is no personal information for us to sell, share, or transfer.
